Returns and refunds
Because our products are handmade, small-batch, and often crafted specifically after an order is placed, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on used, opened, or customized items. However, if there is an issue with your order such as damage during delivery, a missing item, or an error on our part, please contact us within 3–5 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Eligible concerns may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion once the issue has been reviewed.
